Do you only maintain sites you built?
No. We’ll take over any WordPress site after a check — we need to know what we’re inheriting before we’re responsible for it.
What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us. On Pro and Fortress we start work immediately; on Essential we contact you first.
Is hosting included?
No. Hosting stays in your name with your provider. We manage the site on it, and we’ll recommend a better host if yours is the bottleneck.
